I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Kenny Tomlin, the Founder of Rockfish Interactive this weekend. Been in business the same amount of time as us. Provides similar services. Yet, some how he managed to grow his business 10 times as fast as we did. I decided to pick his brain to find out the secret to his success. All things seemed equal until he told us about his first account:Wal-Mart. All it took was this one account, powerful enough to give him the launch he needed for a successful business future. Our encounter reiterated how important the customer truly is to any company. One client can cut your lights on or off. One client can pay your child’s way through college or secure your entire retirement fund. We spend our whole lives preparing for that one moment, whether we are in school preparing for that career or at home preparing that meal. And yes, preparation is key, but you can’t spend so much time preparing lunch that by the time you finish, it’s dinner time. So, thank you to all of the clients who have made MediumFour a success thus far. And we look forward to the moment that we land each and every one of our new accounts.
