RESIDENT.

Your venue’s in-house photography and videography team — without the payroll.

The Shift

Your venue is booked on a screen — before anyone walks through the door.

The decision to book a venue is made looking at photos and video. That imagery isn’t collateral anymore — it’s the pitch. And the data runs one way:

0%
of businesses now use video as a marketing tool.
Market signal
0%
of consumers say video quality impacts whether they trust a brand.
Trust signal
0%
of people have been convinced to buy a product or service by watching video.

Partner model
For venues, every event can become three assets at once: client photo/video deliverables, venue marketing, and a commissionable add-on.
Sources Wyzowl Video Marketing Statistics, 2026 Resident partner model: first booking negotiated at 6–10%, then 10% Preferred Partner / 15% Anchor Partner
The Gap

The one part of every event you hand off — and lose control of.

Picture the last wedding, corporate dinner, or activation you hosted. The client’s creative team may capture the milestone beautifully, but they are not there to market your venue: the staged room, the architecture, the service details, and the angles that help the next client feel confident before they ever tour.

Resident solves that gap with one trusted photo and video team your staff can recommend comfortably — and a content library that keeps working after the event ends.

Nobody owns the venue’s story. That’s the gap — Resident closes it.
The Fix

Resident is your venue’s in-house production team — without the payroll.

We embed with your venue, learn it the way your staff knows it, and become the team you hand every client. We arrive before doors open, capture the space at its best, and tell the story of the event as it happens.

How It Works

Resident isn’t an outside vendor you call when you remember. We work off your event calendar — arriving early for the venue and setup, then capturing photo and video as the event unfolds. Booked in clean blocks that match the scale of the day:

Venue photography and event video for spaces that sell by sight.

Resident is built for hotels, restaurants, coworking spaces, private clubs, event halls, resorts, galleries, and hospitality venues across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County. If your space books private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, brand activations, conferences, or member experiences, your venue needs more than one-off event coverage — it needs a repeatable media system.

Why It’s Different

Every booking tells two stories.

The Event Story

The people. The milestone.

The moment that won’t happen twice — the client’s memory, captured and delivered.

The Venue Story

The room. The light.

The setting that made it possible — marketing-ready photo and video assets of your space, produced inside every event we shoot.

Most event crews capture one side. Resident delivers both — photo and video, in the same booking.

Already Proven in Your Rooms

We’ve already shot inside Oxford Exchange, The Edition, Members Only, Saddlebrook Resort, Embarc Collective, and more.

MediumFour produced the full photo and video coverage for Verizon’s Community Disaster Resilience Initiative — held at Oxford Exchange — so this isn’t theory. We know how Tampa Bay hospitality venues, restaurants, coworking spaces, hotels, and event halls need to read on camera before a client ever tours in person.

Your Light, Handled

That repeat familiarity is part of the value. After three Saddlebrook Resort engagements, the work became easier for their team and more useful for future sales conversations.

“We have shot some of the best photos that have helped them book additional engagements and use for marketing material.”
Rianne, Saddlebrook Resort
The Production

Handled like a production — because it is.

1

Discovery

A walkthrough with your events team — not a sales call. We map your rooms, your light, and how you sell events.

2

Pre-Production

A shot list aligned with you and the client for each booking. We plan for the light, not against it.

3

Shoot Day

Embedded and low-footprint. We move like staff, not strangers — never in the event’s way.

4

Post

Edited, color-graded, delivered through a private gallery, with clear turnaround windows.

5

Delivery

Stills, web-ready sets, highlight video, social cutdowns — plus a venue content library.

The Partnership

Not a vendor you hire. A profit center you install.

Venue Spotlight
Photo and video assets that show the room, the service, and the atmosphere your next client needs to trust before they book.
Trusted Vendor Comfort
Your team can recommend a production partner that already understands the space, the timeline, and the client experience.
Additional Revenue
Earn a standing commission on Resident bookings — with rates that scale as the partnership becomes more committed.
Preferred Partner
10%
No commitment required
Resident sits on your preferred-vendor list, referred event by event. The first booking is negotiated at 6–10%; the 10% Preferred rate begins on booking two.
Anchor Partner
15%
12-month exclusive agreement
Resident becomes your sole recommended production vendor. More commitment from you, more margin for you.
1

Add Resident

Place Resident on your preferred-vendor list as the photo and video option your team can confidently recommend.

2

Offer It Early

Introduce coverage during the booking conversation, when clients are already thinking about comfort, trust, and logistics.

3

Share The Details

Send the date, room, timeline, and client contact. MediumFour handles the creative scope, production, delivery, and follow-up.

4

Earn And Reuse

Your venue earns revenue share while receiving licensed marketing assets that spotlight the space for the next booking.

The first booking is negotiated at 6–10%, then Preferred Partners earn 10% beginning with the second booking. Venues ready to anchor the relationship move to 15% with a 12-month exclusive recommendation.

About MediumFour

A production company built for rooms like yours.

MediumFour is a creative production, branding, and digital marketing agency based in Tampa Bay. Our production work spans hospitality, events, and destination marketing — Visit Tampa Bay, Saddlebrook Resort, Embarc Collective, Oxford Exchange, Members Only, the Perry Hotel, The Edition Hotel, and Film Hedge at the Cannes Film Festival. For venue photography and event videography across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco, that matters: we understand how rooms, service, guests, sponsors, and architecture all have to work together on camera.

We hold 8(a) and DBE/ACDBE certifications — vetted for the insurance, financial standing, and operational infrastructure enterprise clients require before they’ll work with a vendor. We’re not a freelancer with a camera; we’re a production company with the bench to deliver on a calendar as busy as yours.

Why MediumFour

We don’t just know your venue. We tell your story.

Built to know the room.

Resident starts with knowing a space cold — the light, the angles, the details that make a venue feel like itself. That’s the foundation every booking is built on. But a venue’s story is only half of what’s happening at your event.

Built to tell it to who wasn’t there.

The other half belongs to the people outside the room — leadership who couldn’t make it, followers scrolling after the fact, and sponsors who funded the moment but never stepped inside it. They don’t need a few posed photos. They need the story told the way a photojournalist tells it — the arc, the energy, the proof that it mattered.

Built for the question a sponsor actually asks.

Every Resident booking is shot to answer “was it worth it?” — the brand presence, the crowd, the reactions. Venue expertise gets us in the room. Photojournalism is what we deliver once we’re there.

Common Questions

Before you ask.

No. Most venues start by referring Resident event by event, with no exclusivity required. The first booking uses a negotiated launch commission between 6% and 10%; beginning with the second booking, the Preferred Partner rate becomes 10%. If you want Resident to become your sole recommended production vendor for 12 months, that moves you to the 15% Anchor Partner tier.

Your events team schedules Resident the same way you’d schedule catering or AV — tied to the event on your calendar, not a separate client-by-client negotiation.

No problem — Resident is the photo and video coverage option you offer by default. Clients who want to bring their own photographer, videographer, or production vendor still can.

A curated sneak-peek within 24 hours, your full photo gallery within 72 hours, and a complete recap video within 5–7 business days — faster than the typical event-industry standard.

The client owns full rights to their event photos and videos. The venue gets a standing license for its own marketing. MediumFour retains rights to use the work in its own promotional materials and portfolio.

Resident is built for hotels, restaurants, coworking spaces, private clubs, event halls, resorts, galleries, and hospitality venues across Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County that want photography, videography, venue marketing content, and a revenue-share media partner.

Why Now

The venues that move first own the category.

Embedded venue media doesn’t exist yet as a category most venues have even considered. The venues that adopt it now — before it becomes an expected line item — are the ones remembered as the room that always looks incredible. That reputation compounds.

The Next Step

A working session — not a quote.

We don’t hand you a rate sheet. We sit down with your events team and design the photography and videography packages you’d be proud to present to your own clients — built to fit how you already sell private events, corporate gatherings, weddings, activations, and meetings across Tampa Bay, with your partner tier and commission built in.
