Pretty Fresh
PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION:
MediumFour was contracted to lead the brand transformation for Pretty Fresh, a trailblazing non-profit with a vision to revolutionize how households, regardless of income levels, access quality produce while reducing waste. Our mandate encompassed the creation of an entirely new visual identity, a distinctive web presence, and an extensive range of collateral material aligned with the brand’s unique ethos.
THE SUMMARY:
Our multi-disciplinary approach involved brand strategists, designers, and content creators who immersed themselves in the mission of Pretty Fresh. From developing a clean, modern logo featuring line drawings of fruits and vegetables to crafting a multi-faceted marketing campaign, MediumFour provided a turnkey branding solution.
Our logo intersects with minimalism and symbolism, combining line drawings of fruits and vegetables to mirror the brand’s focus on produce. However, what sets it apart is its integration into a larger narrative—built around quirky and unique catchphrases that resonate with the brand’s messaging on self-empowerment, well-being, and the importance of health.
MARKETING & COLLATERAL:
Capitalizing on the brand identity, the marketing campaign was an eclectic blend of traditional and digital platforms. Each piece contributed to a coherent, persuasive brand story, from posters, billboards, and pop-up banners to brochures and exponential marketing strategies. Our copywriting also focused on community outreach and onsite marketing, creating a cohesive message that appeals to a wide demographic while emphasizing the value of “imperfect” but Pretty Fresh produce.
DIGITAL STRATEGY:
Our web development team crafted an intuitive, user-friendly website that functions as an information hub and an online store for the “Pretty Fresh Box.” We optimized the site for a broad audience—from busy single parents to the eco-conscious online shopper—making it a one-stop solution for healthier living and sustainability.
COMMUNITY & PARTNERSHIP:
Through strategic partnerships, like the one with Stiles Farmers Market, Pretty Fresh is set to reduce the $15 billion in annual waste at the retail level of grocers and farmers markets. Our role extended to consultation and strategic positioning, helping Pretty Fresh create a win-win situation for the community and its partners.
CONCLUSION:
MediumFour’s collaboration with Pretty Fresh wasn’t just a brand development but a holistic strategy that propelled the non-profit into a new realm of visibility, impact, and social change. Our work aligns with Pretty Fresh’s mission to create a domino effect of better health outcomes, economic growth, and sustainable living. It engages the community and fosters partnerships that are pivotal in creating a healthier, waste-free America.
By transcending traditional branding paradigms, MediumFour crafted a narrative that turns ‘imperfections’ into virtues, fueling a movement that appeals to both heart and mind. The new Pretty Fresh brand now stands as an identity and a manifesto for a healthier, more sustainable future.
